Yann Benedick (born February 1, 1992 in Strasbourg ) is a French football player .
Career
Benedick began playing football at FA Illkirch-Grafenstaden . He then played in the youth division of Racing Strasbourg . On October 17, 2010 he made his first game for the Racings first team in a preliminary match for the Coupe de France 2010/11 against Ohlungen (3-0). His first game in the Championnat de France National , the third French league, he made on October 23, 2010 against UJA Alfortville (4-0).
For the 2011/12 season Benedick moved to Ligue 2 at Stade Reims . Here he was only used in a cup game and played in the 2nd team. In January 2013 he moved to Racing Strasbourg on loan and was returned to Stade Reims in summer 2014. At the second attempt he did not get beyond the reserve team and moved to US Sarre-Union a year later .
He has been playing for FC Villefranche since 2016 , currently in the third class national .
