Yehoyada Haim

Yehoyada Haim ( Hebrew יהוידע חיים Yehôyādāʿ Ḥayyīm ; * 1941 ) is an Israeli diplomat.

Career

Haim studied in the United States at Georgetown University , where he received his PhD in Middle East and Asian Studies in 1975.

During his diplomatic career he was political advisor in London and head of the Middle East division of the Israeli Foreign Ministry. From 1995 to 2000 he served as ambassador to India and then as ambassador to the People's Republic of China with simultaneous accreditation as a non-resident ambassador to Mongolia .
