Jehudit Ravitz ( Hebrew יהודית רביץ; *  December 29, 1956 in Be'er Scheva , Israel ) is an Israeli rock musician . She sings mainly in Hebrew . By the end of 2005 she had recorded twelve albums over the course of her twenty-year career; in addition, she also produced numerous albums for other musicians.

Her songs have been influenced by a number of different musical genres, but the most influential of her style was Latin American music. Perhaps that is because she comes from an originally Sephardic family in which Ladino was spoken.

Ravitz is a true quick-change artist who has repeatedly successfully turned her image inside out. In doing so, she often took up current influences in her music, but without losing her fan base. During her military service, she served in the music corps of the Israeli Pioneer Corps, together with the future singer Corinne Allal . There she met the famous singer Arik Einstein , who recognized the talent of the two and invited them to sing his next album with him. Over the years she has performed with numerous Israeli musicians, including Gidi Gov , Joni Rechter , Matti Caspi and Sarit Hadad .
