Yevgeniya Dodina
Yevgeniya Dodina ( Hebrew יבגניה דודינה, Russian Евгения Додина , also Jenya Dodina , Hebrew ג׳ניה דודינה, Russian Женя Додина ; * December 10, 1964 in Mahiljou , Soviet Union ) is an Israeli actress of Soviet origin.
Life
At the age of 16 Dodina left home and moved to Moscow , where she later studied acting. After graduating, she played in the Mayakovsky Theater , followed by film roles in Soviet films such as Поездки на старом автомобиле ( Pojesdki na starom awtomobile , 1985) and Уроки музыки ( Uroki Muziki , 1990). After perestroika , she emigrated to Israel . Shortly after their aliyah , the Second Gulf War broke out. After the Gulf War, she became a member of the Gesher Theater. She then acted in several films by the director Ari Folman , in Saint Clara and Made in Izrael .
Her leading role in Circus Palestina is said to be her greatest role.
