Yicheng (Linfen)
The circle Yicheng ( Chinese 翼城县 , Pinyin Yicheng Xiàn ) is a group of Chinese prefecture-level city of Linfen in the province of Shanxi . It has an area of 1,149 km² and has a population of 310,000.
Yicheng has had an exception to China's one-child policy since the beginning ; each couple can have two children there. Even so, the population of Yicheng did not grow faster than that of the province from 1985 to 2010; the sex ratio of newborns is different from the rest of China in the natural framework.
