Xiangfen

Xiangfen ( 襄汾 县 , Xiāngfén Xiàn ) is a Chinese district in the prefecture -level city of Linfen in Shanxi Province . It has an area of ​​1,304 km² and has 480,000 inhabitants.

The Dingcun site (Dingcun yizhi 丁 村 遗址) of the Paleolithic Dingcun man (丁 村人), the Dingcun town houses (Dingcun mingzhai 丁 村民 宅) from the Ming and Qing dynasties, the Taosi site (Taosi yizhi 陶寺遗址) of the Neolithic Longshan culture , the traditional buildings of Fencheng (Fencheng gu jianzhuqun 汾 城 古 建筑 群) and the Pujing Temple (Pujing si 普净 寺) are on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China .
