Under the new operating company CAI was from autumn 2011 finally begun the remaining six Embraer 170 replacement to the French Regional to transfer. At the same time, the sister company Alitalia CityLiner was equipped with a new and larger fleet. In order to obtain the operating license and the slots in Milan, the parent company transferred an Airbus A320-200 to Alitalia Express after all aircraft had been decommissioned .
In February 2015 the company was dissolved and integrated into Alitalia, including the fleet.
