Neos SpA is an Italian airline based in Somma Lombardo and based at Milan Malpensa Airport .
history
Neos was founded on June 22, 2001 and began flight operations on March 8, 2002. The company was founded as a joint venture between Finanziaria di Partecipazioni (IFIL), the parent company of the tour operator Alpitour , and the German tourism group TUI . From January 2004 IFIL took over the shares from TUI and became the sole owner. Today Neos is the official airline of Alpitour.
Destinations
Neos operates flights for tour operators to vacation destinations in Africa , Europe and the Caribbean .
