Yoan Benyahya (born May 26, 1987 in Tarascon , France ) is a French football player .

Career

Benyahya started his career with a local club in his hometown of Tarascon. From 2006 he played for the reserve team of Olympique Nîmes , where he came to a third division game for the first team in the 2007/08 season. In 2009 he moved to FC Istres . He was also scheduled for the second team in Istres, but made his second division debut in the 2009/10 season. This was his only use in a professional league, as he returned to Nîmes in 2010 and played again only for the reserve. From Nîmes in 2011 he moved to third division club Gazélec FCO Ajaccio . There he played regularly, but that changed after the promotion in 2011. After he had not made a single league appearance for the team at the beginning of the 2012/13 season, he decided in October 2012 to return to the third division and signed with the promoted ES Uzès Pont du Gard , where he became a regular. As such, he could not avert direct relegation, but remained with the team due to the forced relegations of several competitors in the league. At the end of the 2013/14 season, in which he played only a little, the final fall into fourth division followed. At the beginning of 2016 he moved to US Granville.
