Yoshiaki Shimada

Yoshiaki Shimada (born January 20, 1989 ) is a Japanese road cyclist.

Yoshiaki Shimada was the 2007 Japanese road racing champion in the junior class. Since 2008 he has been driving for the Japanese team Bridgestone Anchor , which has a UCI license as a Continental team . In his first year there, he finished second behind local hero Willy Roseau in the second part of the eighth stage of the Tour de la Martinique . In the 2009 season Shimada was Japanese champion in the individual time trial of the U23 class.
