Yoshiko Kawashima ( Japanese 川島 誉 子 , Kawashima Yoshiko ; born August 23, 1967 ) is a former Japanese skeleton pilot .

Yoshiko Kawashima was active both nationally and internationally between 2003 and 2004. The Japanese competed in her first international race in December 2003 as part of the Skeleton America's Cup in Calgary , where she was initially 23rd and shortly afterwards 18th. A month later, Kawashima made his debut in Lillehammer in the Skeleton World Cup and reached 22nd place there. In February she achieved her best World Cup result with 19th place. In the overall ranking of the 2003/04 season , the Japanese was 24th. The highlight of her career was the 2004 Skeleton World Championship in Koenigssee , where Kawashima came in 24th. At the national championships she won the bronze medal in 2003, and in 2004 she was sixth.
