Yu Yuk Geor
Yu Yuk Geor ( Chinese 游 玉娥 ; * around 1950 ) is a former Taiwanese badminton player .
Career
Yu Yuk Geor was one of the first Taiwanese badminton players, who also caused a sensation outside of her home country and especially in Europe by winning high-profile tournaments. In 1975 and 1976 she won the women's doubles and singles titles at the French Open. In 1976 she also won both disciplines at the Swiss Open. At the Asian Games in 1970, however, she failed in doubles with Lee Yuk Mei at the later bronze medalists Rosalind Singha Ang and Teoh Siew Yong .
