Yuan Chunqing
Yuan Chunqing ( Chinese 袁纯清 ; born March 1952 in Hanshou , Hunan Province ) is a politician in the People's Republic of China . He has been the governor of Shaanxi Province since 2006 .
Yuan joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1971 and was an alternate member of the 16th Party Congress . He is currently a member of the 17th Congress.
