Yujatee ( Kor. 유자차 yuja-cha ) is a tea-like Korean drink based on the citrus fruit yuzu .
preparation
Yujatee is made from the jam-like yuja-cheong ( 유자청 ), a mixture of honey or sugar syrup and thin strips of yuzu peel . This is poured over with hot or cold water and stirred.
Alternative consumption
Like jam, Yuja-cheong can be consumed as a spread on bread .
