Yumi Takigawa

Yumi Takigawa ( Japanese 多 岐 川 裕美 Takigawa Yumi , actually: Kaoru Ōuchi ( 大 内 薫 Ōuchi Kaoru ); born February 16, 1951 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese actress and singer .

Life

Takigawa played her first major role in the Nunsploitation - Pink Film School of the Holy Beast by Norifumi Suzuki in 1974 . She had another leading role in Shin Joshū Sasori: 701-gō from 1976, the fifth part of the Sasori series . However, this did not reach the popularity of the previous parts with Meiko Kaji . She also played supporting roles in several Sonny Chiba films such as Panic on the Tokyo Express .

She has also had television roles since the 1980s , including in several of the historical series called Taiga Dorama , which are produced by NHK . She was also seen in commercials for the Toyota Vista and Vesta lighters.

Yumi Takigawa also appeared as a singer. Their first album, Suppai Keiken , came out in 1980 and was re-released on CD in 2007.

Takigawa's daughter Hanako is also an actress.
