Yves Saint-Martin
Yves Saint-Martin (born September 8, 1941 in Agen ) is a former French jockey .

Yves Saint-Martin is considered one of the most successful riders in horse racing. After his first victory on July 26, 1958, he was able to win 3,314 races in his career, 3,275 of them in France . He won the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe four times (1970, 1974, 1982 and 1984), no other rider achieved this more often. He also holds the records for the highest number of victories in other important horse races, such as the Prix du Jockey Club or the Prix de Diane . In the winners' lists of German races, for example, it is included in the Winter Favorite Prize (1970) and the European Prize (1985).
