Zástřizl

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Zástřizlové (also ze Zástřizl , from Zastrizl ) were a medieval Moravian noble family and landlords on Zástřizly in the Martian Mountains .

The first written mention of the community and the family comes from the year 1349 and shows the Artleb and Bozek ze Zástřizl as lords . These settled on the now lost festival, which was located on the site of today's school. The aristocratic family spread over the years throughout the Chřiby region. Depending on the place of their seat, they branched out into other noble families ( z Lechvic , z Morkovic , z Prakšic and z Ždánic ).

In 1687, with the death of Jan Bohuš Prakšický von Zástřizl, the male line died. His widow and heiress, Zuzana Kateřina (1637–1691), married the 23-year-old Prince Walther von Dietrichstein the same year .
