Zurich reads
Zurich Reads is an international book and literature festival that has been taking place in Zurich and the surrounding area since 2011 at the end of October . The sponsoring association is the Zurich booksellers and publishers association.
history
In 2001 "The Long Night of Short Stories" was carried out by various booksellers. These short story readings were then also conducted in 2002, 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2009. From 2011 the event took place annually as Zurich reads . In 2019, 220 individual reading events took place as part of Zurich reads , with a total of around 15,000 visitors.
