Zachary Stevens
Zachary "Zak" Stevens (* 1966 ; actually Zachary Trussell ) is the singer of the American bands Savatage and Circle II Circle .
biography
Zachary is of Bosnian descent but spent much of his life in South Carolina . Before he became a singer with Savatage, he was first a drummer and later a singer in a band from Boston called Wicked Witch . When Jon Oliva left the vocalist position at Savatage and only played the keyboards, he became the band's new vocalist. For Savatage he recorded the albums Dead Winter Dead and The Wake of Magellan, among others . He later also appeared as a singer in Jon Oliva's side project Trans-Siberian Orchestra . In 2000 he left Savatage for family reasons, but later founded the band Circle II Circle .
