The journal for industrial and organizational psychology A&O is a specialist journal and is published in cooperation with the business psychology section (industrial, industrial and organizational psychology) in the professional association of German psychologists (BDP) at Hogrefe Verlag in Göttingen / Stuttgart.

It also acts as an organ of the Swiss Society for Work and Organizational Psychology (SGAOP). Managing Editor (Editor-in-Chief) is Anja Göritz (University of Freiburg).
