The Zeitschrift für Bergrecht ( ZfB ) is a quarterly specialist publication in Germany on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economics by Carl Heymanns Verlag .

The current editors of the journal for mining law are Ministerialrat Ulrich Kullmann († July 16, 2013) and lawyer Wolfgang Heller. history

The magazine for mining law was founded in 1860 by Hermann Brassert and Heinrich von Achenbach in the vicinity of the Prussian Oberbergamt Bonn . Within a short time it developed into the leading trade journal in the German-speaking area and was recognized internationally.
