The Zeitschrift für Bergrecht ( ZfB ) is a quarterly specialist publication in Germany on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economics by Carl Heymanns Verlag .
The current editors of the journal for mining law are Ministerialrat Ulrich Kullmann († July 16, 2013) and lawyer Wolfgang Heller. In the ZfB to be mining relevant legislation , case law and significant for the mining authorities ministerial announcements published. The journal also contains articles on topics related to mining law .
history
The magazine for mining law was founded in 1860 by Hermann Brassert and Heinrich von Achenbach in the vicinity of the Prussian Oberbergamt Bonn . Within a short time it developed into the leading trade journal in the German-speaking area and was recognized internationally.
In addition to new mining legislation in Prussia, the rest of Germany and the rest of the world, the publication , which originally appeared as Brasserts Zeitschrift für Bergrecht , published technical articles by renowned mining lawyers. The authors included a. Karl Edwin Leuthold , Georg Heinrich Wahle from Saxony and Theodor Oppenhoff .
