Magazine for damage law

The magazine for damage law (ZfS) is a legal journal in Germany. It has been published monthly by Deutscher Anwalt Verlag since 1979 .

The ZfS deals with the areas of damage law , insurance law and traffic law . According to the publisher, the areas of compensation (including material liability law for personal injury and property damage), contract law, procedural law, insurance (including accident, property, comprehensive, occupational disability and legal protection insurance), traffic offenses and regulatory offenses (especially in Traffic), traffic administration law (including driving license withdrawal) as well as costs and fees are covered.

The editorial team (as of September 2010) consists of Hans Jürgen Bode, Heinz Diehl, Georg Greißinger , Heinz Hansens, Klaus-Ludwig Haus, Roland Rixecker, Klaus Schneider.

The publisher (as of September 2010) is the executive committee of the traffic law working group of the German Lawyers' Association Michael Bücken, Michael Burmann, Jörg Elsner, Frank Häcker, Eckhard Höfle, Oskar Riedmeyer, and Klaus Schneider.
