Zell (Ruhpolding)

Zell is part of the community of Ruhpolding in the Upper Bavarian district of Traunstein .

history

The church village was probably built in the 8th century to secure the salt path from Inzell coming across the White Traun .

The municipality of Zell, formed in 1818, became part of the new large municipality of Ruhpolding in 1882.
