Zeng Yunqian
Zeng Yunqian ( Chinese 曾 運 乾 / 曾 运 乾 , Pinyin Zēng Yùnqián ; born 1884 ; died 1945 ) was a Chinese scholar and phonologist during the Republic. Zeng is from Yiyang in Hunan Province . His main works are the phonological work Yu mu gu du kao ( 喻 母 古 读 考 ) and the Shangshu zhengdu ( 尚書 正 讀 / 尚书 正 读 , Shang-shu cheng-tu ) about the Shangshu , which is derived from the Hanyu da zidian ( HYDZD ) is used.
