Zenonas Kulys
Zenonas Kulys (born May 4, 1947 in Biržai ) is a former Lithuanian brigadier general.
From 1967 to 1971 he graduated from the Kaliningrad University of Applied Sciences and became a military engineer. From 1975 to 1978 and from 1983 to 1986 he studied at the Military Academy of Engineering in Moscow . In 1986 he received his doctorate as a candidate in science. From 1993 to 2000 he was in command of the General Jonas Žemaitis Military Academy of Lithuania .
