The Center for East European and International Studies (ZOiS) gGmbH ( English Center for East European and International Studies ) in Berlin is a study center supported by the Federal Foreign Office , which is supposed to analyze developments in the post-Soviet space and advise decision-makers ( Der Tagesspiegel ).
