Zhang Jilong ( Chinese  张吉龙 , Pinyin Zhāng Jílóng ; born February 9, 1952 in Yantai , People's Republic of China ) is a Chinese football official.

Zhang Jilong started working for the Chinese Football Association in 1978. In 2000 he became chairman of the finance committee of the Asian Football Confederation and in 2002 he was elected one of the vice-presidents of the new AFC President Mohamed bin Hammam . After bin Hammam was suspended due to allegations of bribery, Zhang Jilong took over his post as AFC President on an interim basis in June 2011 and, from August 2011, a seat on the FIFA Executive Committee .

As AFC President, he was replaced by Salman bin Ibrahim Al Chalifa in May 2013 after he did not stand for re-election . He was able to keep his seat as the FIFA Executive Committee on 30 May 2013 as the successor to Manilal Fernando , who had been suspended for eight years . He resigned from the FIFA Executive Committee in May 2015.
