Zhang Xiaodong ( Chinese  张小冬 ; born January 4, 1964 ) is a former Chinese windsurfer .

successes

Zhang Xiaodong took part in the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona , where she finished second. She won the silver medal behind Barbara Kendall and ahead of Dorien de Vries , which was the first medal of a Chinese sailor at the Olympic Games. She had won the gold medal at the Asian Games in Beijing two years earlier .
