Zhang Xinhua ( Chinese  张新华 , Pinyin Zhāng Xīnhuá ; born May 18, 1988 in Hebei , Tianjin ) is a Chinese diver . He starts in artificial jumping from the 1 m and 3 m board as well as in 3 m synchronized jumping.

Xinhua won silver in jumping from the 1 m board at the 2009 World Championships in Rome . In 2010 he also won two FINA Diving Grand Prix competitions in 3 m synchronized jumping with Qin Kai, and in 2011 he also succeeded in jumping from the 3 m board.

Xinhua is a member of the Navy of the People's Republic of China .
