Zhao Chongguo

Zhao Chongguo ( Chinese  趙 充 國  /  赵 充 国 , Pinyin Zhào Chōngguó ; 137–52 BC; zi: Wengsun Chinese  翁 孙 , Pinyin Wēngsūn ) was a Chinese general from the time of the Western Han Dynasty . He comes from what is now Tianshui in Gansu . He is known for his land development and cultivation policy ( tuntian 屯田 ), which he used during his pacification of the Western Qiang .
