Company history

The company was founded on July 29, 2003 in Taizhou . Automobile production began in March or July 2004. In 2005 Tonghui Machinery Works was taken over.

In 2010, the Zhejiang Gonow Holdings Group and the Guangzhou Automobile Industry Group founded the joint venture GAC Gonow Automobile as the successor company.
