Zhongdu

Zhongdu ( Chinese  中 都 , Pinyin Zhōngdū  - "Middle Capital") is a historical place name that was used to designate three different capitals in China and in what is now China:

• Beijing ( Jury dynasty , see Jin Zhongdu )
• Zhangbei ( Mongol dynasty , see Yuan Zhongdu )
• Fengyang ( Ming Dynasty , see Ming Zhongdu )

• The term Zhongdu is used to refer to several other historical places in China.
