Zhongdu
Zhongdu ( Chinese 中 都 , Pinyin Zhōngdū - "Middle Capital") is a historical place name that was used to designate three different capitals in China and in what is now China:
- Beijing ( Jury dynasty , see Jin Zhongdu )
- Zhangbei ( Mongol dynasty , see Yuan Zhongdu )
- Fengyang ( Ming Dynasty , see Ming Zhongdu )
- The term Zhongdu is used to refer to several other historical places in China.
