Zita Smirnovienė

Zita Smirnovienė (* 1953 in Kirdonys , Biržai district ) is a Lithuanian lawyer, former judge of the Lietuvos Aukščiausiasis Teismas .

biography

After graduating from high school in 1971 in Pabiržė , Smirnovienė graduated from the Law Faculty of Vilnius University in 1978 with a degree in law . From 1978 to 1983 she was the head of the registry office in Biržai , from 1983 head of the civil metrics archive at the Lithuanian Ministry of Justice . From December 1986 she was a judge at the 3rd District Court in Vilnius , from 1993 to 1995 m. Judge in Lietuvos Aukščiausiasis Teismas , from 1995 to 1999 judge in the civil affairs department of the Vilnius District Court , from May 1999 she is the chairman of the Vilnius District Administrative Court .

She speaks English and Russian.

She is a co-author of the Commentary on the Lithuanian Civil Code .
