Commentary on the Lithuanian Civil Code
The Commentary of the Lithuanian Civil Code (lit. Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso komentaras ) is the only legal commentary on the new Civil Code of Lithuania ( Civilinis kodeksas ) of 2000 for the Republic of Lithuania . The individual articles of the code are quoted and interpreted. The commentary is part of secondary academic legal literature. It was published by the legal publishing house “ Justitia ” in Vilnius .
