Zlatko Hebib (born December 28, 1990 in Dubrovnik ) is a Croatian - Swiss football player .

Career

Zlatko Hebib started at the Grasshopper Club Zurich at the age of seven and went through all youth departments there. In the 2007/08 season he played with the U21s in the third highest Swiss league. Although he then made it to the Swiss youth national team, he did not appear for the Super League team in the following two years and so they parted ways in 2010.

In the 2010/11 season, the versatile defender played for the second division Yverdon-Sport FC . But after a year the contract was not extended and a move to England failed. He was then without a club for four months before he took part in a trial training session with the German third division club SV Babelsberg 03 and was signed for three years. On November 5th, Hebib was used for the first time and became a regular player in the central defense of the "Filmstädter" before the winter break. At the end of the 2012/13 season , he had to relegate his club from the 3rd division. He played another year in the Regionalliga before his contract was not renewed.

Then Habib was without a club for six months before joining FC Biel-Bienne in February 2015 . Here it was only used irregularly. After a two-month loan to Servette FC Genève in autumn 2015, his contract was terminated. He was again without engagement for a year before he joined FC Winterthur in early 2017 . He has been playing for Stade Nyonnais in the Promotion League since summer 2017 .
