The family of Zollner von Rottenstein , also Zöllner and von Rotenstein, was a Frankish noble family.

history

The Zollner von Rottenstein family appears as the ministerial family of the bishops of Würzburg at Rottenstein Castle . The village of Stöckach was also one of their possessions . The last of his line was Philipp Zollner von Rottenstein, who died in 1546 and whose epitaph is in St. Burkard in Würzburg.
