The Zoo de Servion is a zoological garden in Servion , Canton of Vaud , Switzerland , and the largest zoo in western Switzerland .
Many large and small predators live here, and the successful breeding of the Amur tigers and Binturong , a rare Asian crawl cat , are particularly valuable . The public favorites are the monkeys. Several species of marmosets live in Servion , which have become very rare in their native South America, such as the tamarin or the pygmy marmoset . Other attractions are the lush tropical house with the many exotic birds and the large water bird complex of flamingos and gray pelicans . In addition, various ungulates, Bennett's kangaroos and tortoises are housed in the attractively designed zoo complex with over three hundred trees .
