House To the Knights in Litomyšl

The building To the Knights ( U Rytířů in Czech ) in Litomyšl (German Leitomischl ), a town in the Svitavy district in the Pardubice region of eastern Bohemia , was constructed in the 1540s. The house at no. 110 on the market square is a protected cultural monument .

The plastic facade decoration of the house with armed men and animal and plant motifs is attributed to the stonemason Blažek, who also worked on the renovation of the castle in Pardubice .
