Allocated frequency

Allocated frequency ( english assigned frequency ) is - in accordance with Article 1148 of the ITU Radio Regulations of the (Radio Regulations) International Telecommunication Union (ITU) - defined as "middle of the frequency band that a radio station is assigned" .

This is also a special term used in frequency management that is usually used in connection with the allocation of a radio frequency or a frequency channel.
