Zulfiqar Mirza

Zulfiqar Mirza , full name Zulfiqar Ali Mirza , (born January 12, 1954 in Hyderabad ) is a Pakistani politician . He is a member of the Pakistani People's Party and Minister of the Interior of Sindh Province .

biography

Mirza was born in Hyderabad in 1954. He graduated from Liaquat Medical College in Jamshoro and graduated as an agronomist, doctorate and industrialist. He eventually turned to politics and joined the Pakistani People's Party. From 1993 to 1996 he was a member of the National Assembly and in 1994 and 1995 he participated in the conferences of international medical parliamentarians in France and Thailand . He also became a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh . He was also elected Minister of the Interior and Environment of Sindh Province.

He is married to Fahmida Mirza , who was elected the first female MP in Pakistan in 2008. They have four children together.
