The Second League of the Republika Srpska (Druga Liga Republike Srpske) is together with the Second League of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina the third highest division in club football in Bosnia and Herzegovina .
The league is divided into two zones, West and East. The champions of the respective zones are promoted to the First League of the Republika Srpska . There is also a relegation from both seasons to the respective regional leagues .
The league has only been played with two seasons since the 2008/09 season. Previously, the league was divided into three areas, center, west and south.
