The First League of the Republika Srpska (in German: Prva Liga Republike Srpske ) is the highest football division of the Republika Srpska and the second highest division of Bosnia-Herzegovina parallel to the First League of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina . The league has been played under the umbrella of the Republika Srpska Football Association since it was founded in 1992.

Until the 2002 season, the league was the top division in the Republika Srpska. But since some top clubs switched to the Premijer Liga in the 2002/03 season - and the associated merger with the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in football - the First League is only the second highest division in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
