The Druga Crnogorska Liga ( Cyrillic Друга црногорска лига ) is the second highest division in Montenegrin men's football .

The league consists of 10 teams. The winner of the respective championship qualifies directly for participation in the Prva Crnogorska Liga (top division) in the next season. The club in second place plays against the penultimate of the first division for entry into the Prva Crnogorska League. The two worst-placed teams are relegated directly to one of the three regional leagues. The champions of the regional leagues play in a relegation tournament for the two vacated places in the second highest division.
