history

FK Arsenal Tivat was founded in 1919 in the city of the same name in the Bay of Kotor. This makes it the second oldest football club in the country after FK Lovćen . In the years 1937 and 1940 you went to qualify for the 1st division, but missed this. So they played in the following years until the independence of Montenegro always in the lower divisions, but FK Arsenal was included in the newly created Druga Crnogorska League for the 2006/07 season . There, however, the FK Arsenal could only hold up until the 2008/09 season, when they had to say goodbye to the third division in eleventh place. In the 2011/12 season they were promoted from the Treća Crnogorska Liga , so the club is now in the Druga Crnogorska Liga .
