The Treća Crnogorska Liga is the third highest division in Montenegrin men's football. It is played in three groups, the masters of which then play off the two promoted players to the Druga Crnogorska League in the mode everyone against everyone with a return game. The promoters of the 2013/14 season were FK Ibar Rožaje (group north) and FK Drezga (group central), the representative of the south ( FK Cetinje ) was defeated in the promotion games. From the Druga Crnogorska Liga 2018/19 , the two clubs OFK Igalo and FK Berane relegated to the third division.
