FK Mornar Bar is a Montenegrin football club from Bar that was founded in 1923 .
In 2009 he rose for the first time in the highest football league in Montenegro, the Prva Crnogorska League . In 2010 he secured relegation by winning the relegation against Bratstvo Cijevna . The following year he failed in tenth place in the relegation and was relegated back to the second-class Druga Crnogorska League . A year later, after a second place in the Druga Crnogorska League and two wins in relegation against FK Berane , the club rose again to the top class.
