The 2019/20 Prva Crnogorska Liga was the 14th season of the top Montenegrin league in men's football . The season opened on August 3, 2019. After the 23rd match day (March 7, 2020) it was interrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Montenegro . On May 20, 2020, the FSCG announced that the championship would resume on May 30, 2020 with the 24th matchday. On July 7, 2020, the FSCG set the 31st match day as the end of the season due to the ongoing pandemic. The relegation relegation was still carried out. Defending champion was FK Sutjeska Nikšić .
