The Premijer Liga 2019/20 , which is also called BH Telekom Premijer Liga according to a sponsorship agreement , was the 20th season of the highest Bosnian-Herzegovinian league in men's football . It started on July 20, 2019. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in Bosnia and Herzegovina , the season was declared over on June 1, 2020 after 22 match days. The last games took place on March 8, 2020.

Champion became defending champion FK Sarajevo .
