The Prva Makedonska Liga 2019/20 was the 28th season of the North Macedonian top division in men's football . It started on August 11, 2019 and ended on March 11, 2020.

The defending champion was KF Shkëndija .

mode

The ten teams should compete against each other four times. The eighth placed after 36 match days should then play in a relegation game against the play-off winners of the second division. The last two should descend directly.

However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic , it was decided that the season would end after the 23rd match day. Accordingly, neither a relegation has taken place nor has a team relegated to the Vtora League .
