The Prva Makedonska Liga 1993/94 was the second season of the highest football league in North Macedonia after independence from Yugoslavia . Defending champion Vardar Skopje became champions for the second time.

The league was reduced to sixteen clubs. They played against each other twice on a total of 30 match days, divided into a first half and a second half. The last was relegated directly, the penultimate and third from last determined the second relegation game in a relegation game.
